👨‍⚖️ ~ It sucks. But it was probably the right decision. But I do think it could’ve gone either way, because you could say the DA was not really acting as the government because when she refused her self her whole office automatically had to be recused. But like I said, this is a fair decision. And it’s very possible the United States Supreme Court would have all returned his conviction had the state Supreme Court not done it. What I would like to see now is then go after him for perjury for lying during his first trial. Ironically that would be an even bigger punishment if he’s convicted.b
