It's tough only if you practised NCERT only, looking at the past trends and question paper, I don't believe the allegation of it being tough. Make sure you are solving the exemplar too, most of the questions in this Sample paper were actually just modified questions from NCERT Exemplar. NCERT Book isn't enough, you need NCERT EXEMPLAR too.

Beta this is Modulus function. Firstly you have to proof that function is differentiable then you can differentiate otherwise not. So that here it’s essential to firstly show to examiner ki function is differential then differentiate. This is board exam..here for 5 marker quest firstly you have to show it beta. In competitive exams obviously no need to show just directly differentiate and get answers
