Sir, if a child has not studied two Indian languages from grade 4 onwards, how can we expect the child to take up two Indian languages suddenly in grade 10? It is an undue burden on students as language is not a strength of many students as compared to core subjects. And if suddenly we are considering English as a foreign language, shouldn’t Hindi become the medium of instruction all across India? Why lay so much emphasis on only one foreign language :English, as compared to others? It will also make all the other foreign language teachers redundant….. does CBSE have any backup plan for them?

As it is, there are lot of students committing suicide in india because of exam pressure. I think this government wants to add more students to the list by again increasing the pressure of studies. The major companies in india employing people are software companies that involve coding with English and not Indian language.

This policy is definitely burdening a child , already post school there was no time left for self growth plus with more subjects in higher classes pressure to prepare for competitive exam further builds up . The schools will be forced to finish the curriculum which they were already rushing through before 1 st board without in depth concepts . Overall a total burden on a student in every way .

Sir, if Academic Bank of Credit is introduced in 2024-25, for all the classes at one go, it may create a problem. Suppose there are two students, one is in class 7 and another is in class 8. After passing 10th, the first student will acquire (40X4) = 160 points, whereas, the second student will acquire only (40X3) = 120 points. If the second student drops studies for one year after passing 10th class, after one year, when he joins in class 11 with the first student in the same class, they will have different credits ponis in their accounts, because the first student saves credits from class 7 and the second one does so from class 8. Therefore, I request you to kindly clarify whether such things are going to happen.

Hello Sir, my child is currently writing class X board exams) 2023-2024). So can I presume that there will be only 1 language for her in Class XI (2024-25) and therefore only 1 language for her 12th board exams as well that will be held in 2025-2026. Please let me know 🙏 What I understand from the video is that the 2 language rule is applicable to students who start their Class XI in 2025-2026🙏 is this correct Sir..

sir what about the students that are not indians studying in the gulf, will they still have to take indian language , if yes how will they adapt to learning a totally new language from the start and how ill the keep up with level as the kids who had learned it from the beginning of class 1 , the students took foreign languages from the beginning

If english is the medium of instruction, how can it be considered a foreign language. Then all the books and classroom teaching should only be in native language not in a foreign language

English is not a native language of India. It's a medium of instruction and first language in most schools. Indian language may or may not be medium of instruction.
