Yes you are correct…. I accept my mistake. Neurons: These are specialized cells responsible for transmitting electrical signals throughout the body. They have distinct parts like dendrites (receiving), cell body (processing), and axon (transmitting). Receptors: These are specialized cells that detect stimuli from the environment. They convert these stimuli into electrical signals but don't transmit them on their own.
