Hockman has already shot off his mouth defending the rigged second trial BEFORE he even knows the difference between the trials. Hockman needs to talk to the jurors who have come out and said they would have voted differently if they would have known of the EXCLUDED SA evidence. Allowed in the first trial but WITHHELD from the jury in second trial. 26 witnesses EXCLUDED. And Hockman needs to be educated by the defence not only what SA evidence withheld but what verdicts weren't allowed. And the fact this trial conviction wasnt overturned on appeal suggests to me they were all in on it, bec there were sufficient grounds to appeal. Imo them losing the unloseable OJ Simpson trial and DA shortly up for re election meant no one was going to stop thr boys being nailed. By fair means or foul New evidence of Roy r+p+d. by Jose and Eric letter to Andy as well as withheld evidence and verdicts excluded, demand re examination But the simplest way forward is to resentence to time served. Or to prolong and delay and prolong the trauma of family members giving endless victim statements in support of release, i guess you would change only to life with parole. This is not going to go away till you right the wrong and release the boys. Its time. ITS TIME for closure in this case

The question should be what is better for them. Certain time in prison to check on them, psychiatric help and evaluation is most important. Based on this further release can be possible, I think 15-20 years maybe, just my opinion. If some traumas or disorders caused this - it is a hard job for specialists. Well, certainly, law demands almost life in prison, that is another story.
