The fire spokesman said LA County is prepared for 1-2 bushfires, not 4. They are running out of water. The firemen say they are going thru 500 gallons on their trucks in minutes. There are 500 firefighters, they need 10x's that. You still have moderately high winds until Friday night. You need more firefighters and water bombers.

It works like this. Governor has to activate the Air National Guard that has at least 4 C-130 tankers about a 20 minute flight away. Governor won’t make the call until CalFire expends its budget for the year so they can justify their budget for next year. Other states are sending in their own firefighters: WA/Washington State, OR/Oregon, CO/Colorado, AZ/Arizona & NV/Nevada (I live in Southern NV with my 2 kids. I'm a divorced mom. NV National Guard have been sent there) are sending firefighters to Los Angeles. Firefighters from San Diego and San Francisco (These counties are from Northern CA have sent firefighters: Alameda, Hayward, Fremont & Oakland are being sent to Los Angeles. Help is on the way. LAFD has asked neighboring counties: Orange, Ventura, San Luis Obispo & Santa Barbara. I lived in Southern CA/California (San Diego County) for 10 years, 2003-2013 before I got divorced. Wildfires are common throughout CA especially in the southern part of the state.
