Hey man, looking to play the WoTLK Classic when it comes out. I played back in the day on original WoTLK and Vanilla before this. Also the latest classic. I'm not very good at arena and like to do some casual BGs aswell as PvE content. Was wondering which you would recommend, DK or Mage? Not sure which you'd say it the easier of the two and easier to master. I do tend to be more defensive player. Appreciate the help!

Ty! Its not the same casting time, level 1 is much much lower cast time. You use it for slow, potential DP and potential proc of Fingers of frost which gives you 2 next spells 100% crit chance. So its a must to have on action bar

Hello , I am a beginner on warmane and wanted to ask , for wotlk what classes are stronger for the actual patch ? I am more interested in : frost mage , fire mage , all warlock classes and ret pally . But want to try first as frost mage.

Wotlk is from 3.3.0 to 3.3.5 patch, so how gear progress some classes are stronger some are weaker. Frost mage is good at all patches, because it has some talents to make ypur spells 100% crit so you dont rely match on crit % you got from low gear. Fire mage can be less effective on earlier stages because 284 meta gives you so much crit chance that almost everything crits. Affli warlock seems like its shit on early phades when u compere it to warlocks and elemental shamans, because their damage is not so Balanced since ele can hit u 5 6 k in early wrath when u habe 16k hp and 4k in later wrath when u have 30k as lock. Destro seems powerful if played well in early and late wotlk. Ret meh..

Like shadow priest could death polly and then try to play los somewhere around house like immidiatelly. And ofc dots before he starts casting anything due to shadow lock... I mean fighting a mage in open seems like 100% lose for shadow, isnt it?

If the sp would ve been good open field favors the sp as long as he controls the fight itself. Dots and dispels passiv heals. As soon as the sp gets a pillar same goes for mage. No shatter means literally no dps. And trying to crit a proper geared sp with 1.3k resil is really hard. Also since he used cs on dk if the sp would ve been any good he had no chance. Only thing he could ve done would ve been peels and run away since dk sp is legit a strong 2s comb.

Dots and dispelling shields and/or novas so you dont get shattered? Im not really exped in shadow priest wotlk btw. In TBC you would just try to los mage on cs, fake casting, trink + death poly if he gets you in open, then dots dispeling his shields, usually silience after block...

@@krowaswieta7944 @Krowa święta it's the same in tbc. The dif is just that sp is kinda as strong as it was in classic. Usually sp beats mages easily in tbc tho ice Lance shatter was just very strong. In wotlk the priest got dispersion every min which is an easy avoid every burst CD. You still have medaillon up after that and other defensive trinkets. . If there s no pillar Max range can help. Otherwise yeah dispel hard. If you heal yourself I d say it depends but I do like renew if i see I can't beat the mage now. It forces the mages to invest mana for steals instead of pressuring. It's just really hard to actually kill a mage when he's good since he can always reset the fight and regen while the sp will be oom sooner or later. I d say sp > mage if the mage can't pressure well enough. If the sp isn't good he will get globald easily. Especially with a sheep setup if mage faked swd. Sheep r1 frobo re sheep and big burst. Tow is up for more dmg easy finger procc and if the mages delays his CD a bit and gets dispersion out of the priest it will get really hard. Also if you get shadow locked or just soft countered and you re in melee range + mage has no shield up and you have 1.8 dagger speed you literally can interrupt his cast twice with autohits which results in completely avoiding any dps while under cs. Little gimmick. Ofc there is much more and it depends on the situation and your surroundings. But one thing is for sure. As a sp you really try to stay or stick with some1 who can support you. Running solo in bgs is fun but on Warman as example you always play against the same ppl. After a few bgs they know your name and if you don't have any proper mates by then it can get really stressful and unenjoyable ^^

Nice procs both FFBs and CRITs. It seems S6 is easier then S8 for mage against BiS war or DK where their hits +6k (40k HP) against mine

In all your videos your opponets are in furious, or max furious with some relentless. 20k-23k, for cloth, and max 30k plate.. My oponents, in each bg have shadowmourne, dk/warrior/paladins with 34-35k hp, priest 27-29k, hunters around 30, rogues 27k, etc etc. Love your content
