He might not HAVE a learning disability (unless I missed that being said). Autists vary significantly from person to person. I only mention it because most people have a media twisted version of what autists should be like

As someone with Autism, I am grateful for people like her who give people like me a chance to show that we are capable just like everyone else. Where I work we have regular customers who have disabilities and additional needs. It peeves me off when I overhear the other customers making rude and mean comments about them. 😡 You don't bad mouth them in front of me coz I will get angry. (I don't say anything because I don't want to cause a problem/scene) I was bullied and picked on at school, so I know how feels to have rude and mean things said to me. (Sorry for me ranting, I just needed to get that off my chest)

This is wonderful and I wish there were more places like this. However, these places should not have to exist. People with disabilities and their care givers should not feel stressed out to eat out. I also LOVE seeing them work and they should be accepted everywhere that is safe for them.

This is phenomenal but it shouldn't be so rare! This is about community saying that there is no reason why someone who has a disability shouldn't have an opportunity of employment or doesn't have "something to give". Along the way we find that there's a place where everyone belongs and none of us need to slip through the cracks ❤

A fantastic human being with a fantastic idea. ❤ as someone with autiam myself, it's so hard to just live without work or at least a routine that work can give you. I was without work for a year and it made me really depressed. My ship finally pulled in when I got a job in march. I still am learning and I still make mistakes but I am much, much happier. I feel better and I feel proud to be responsuble enough that my coworkers have faith in me to do a good job because they know i can do it. Thank you Maureen and everyone who helped for making this happen for all these wonderful people 🙏
