Tried in a court of his peers, I am confident this man will be found not guilty as he committed nothing heinous from what I've seen. Of course only time will tell as long as the members of the jury remember not to mention anything about jury nullification to ANYONE in court until both sides have rested their case and the jury goes into deliberation, and then only discuss it with their peers in the jury to actually make it happen! Jurors are safe from charges or fallout from the court for their verdicts, but jury tampering is a crime if anyone discusses it outside of deliberation! Alternatively, if the jury can accept reasonable doubt and find him not guilty that way, that's also legal and fully within the jurors' rights to do so!
