Coastal Commission Rethinks Access Rules for Central Coast Beach

The California Coastal Commission struck a deal with wealthy landowners at Hollister Ranch to allow public access to Cuarta Canyon beach only by sea. On Friday, the commissioners listened to a wave of complaints about that deal. Devin Fehely and Kiet Do report. (7-13-18)
