Unlike so many who advance in age, Pete Carroll still has an incredibly youthful gaze, and he's clear and focused, and hasn't appeared to lose a step. His age is a non-factor. While I still don't think firing Antonio Pierce was a great move, this is a brilliant hire.

I've got to admit, when I was in Boston, I told them they wouldn't win with Pete. They didn't, but he created a program that could win, and then he did even better with USC and Seattle. I think he has what it takes to make the Raiders a 2025 interpretation of what they were in 1975. I just can't believe he's 73. I hope I'm doing as well when I get to that age.

At first I thought it was dumb to get Pete after all the other Options out there got picked up but now that I think about it it's probably the best option we had to get a Coach whos won in College and Pros is an OG so automatically gets respect plus knows how to build Culture in a disciplined but yet fun style something the Raiders need and someone thats just so passionate about football and just team chemistry and just wants to win like I know Im getting ahead of myself but I really hope Spytek and Pete can get a good young QB maybe someone like Will Howard or Dillion Gabriel maybe even Ryle Leonard or Quin Ewers like if Pete won a superbowl with Russell Wilson then I think he can make it work with a young QB who's had tons of reps if we get a good young QB hopefully Pete has his Boy in the Wings ready to take his place when he finally decides to hang it up like I know im just shitballing right here but dayum we might be cooking with some grease here could possibly burn ourselves or maybe we cook something up just right cmon Raider Gang lets fucken do something Just Win Baby☠️⚫️🏴lets go OG Pete
