Before the season started, I got into a debate with the guy at our liquor store. I figured the Commanders would be better because new ownership, but still probably get about 7 wins or something. He was more in the ballpark of 3 wins. I also mentioned how hard it was to watch the games now. All these different streaming packages, accounts plans and everything else. I can't even listen live on the radio anymore. I missed being able to watch on a TV with a rabbit ears antenna like I did when the Redskins won the Superbowl in 1991. Well I found a high-def rabbit ears antenna for $15 and I can suddenly watch live football games on the local channels again, just like 1991 but in hi-def. And in a odd coincidence, the Washington Football Team has 12 wins - for the first time since 1991.

Bucs desperately need Antonio Winfield Jr. at one of the safety spots. Top three safeties were out the last two weeks in Tampa and the backups are serviceable but that is it. Winfield Jr. makes plays. If he on the field, they can pull off the win. The Bucs offense is what keeps them going. What they are discounting is somehow the last five weeks the Bucs defense has not given up more than 24 points, including the Chargers and the Cowboys (which they lost) even with no safeties. Not surprised they picked Washington. Everyone is doing that. Tampa will just have to prove everyone wrong again.

Lifelong Washington fan. Daniels has been getting better and smarter - though his passing accuracy has gone way down compared to the beginning of the season probably due to fatigue. He will be the deciding factor as I don't think they're necessarily a better team. (I haven't seen any recent TB games.) It's a very winnable game. However if they win this game, it won't be close against MN or Detroit. Because of familiarity, they might keep it close with Philly but would lose that game.

Jayden Daniels is the leading rusher for the Commanders. The BUCS have a physical offensive line and 3 good backs. They were also not yet hitting on all cylinders in the first game just like Daniels. Irving wasn't RB one. McMillan hadn't hit his stride like he has lately. They also didn't have Calijah Kancey. Winfield is full go at practice.....I'm taking my BUCS in this one.
