Rachel Maddow has a perspective that needs to be heeded. I've been looking on with the long term trends and patterns in mind. I agree with her we're in trouble. The apathy is paralysing our recognition. Nothing seems to be registering with reasonable citizens.We are numb... I'm thinking about the form of preditory, and aggressive capitalism controlling so much right now. It's got such a death grip on our culture and society undermining the checks and balances.

Though I tend to agree with the basics of Maddow´s views and I appreciate the information given here regarding disinformation and antisemitism, I have also found that many statements she makes with the utmost confidence are not true, according to Politifact. So, I would advise others to take some precaution and research things Maddow asserts as fact.
