@@FriendofDorothy nah bro not at all. i think daniel craig is just kind of a crazy person and for that, i am grateful. he really loves acting and being james bond has gotta be pretty constraining for someone with obvious acting chops i mean go back to road to perdition. i like borroughs and would never have guessed d craigs would ever wind up in an adaptation of a book so coarse and batshit crazy. i gotta give him props.

I once met Daniel around this time eleven years ago during the fan-signing of his Broadway run on Pinter's Betrayal. Gave him one of my cartoon books, very warm man. Glad he's still pushing himself as an actor (at one point thought he'd make a great Jack Kerouac). One of our great Bonds, great on SNL. Long live the great Daniel Craig!! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤

Such a great interview of an incredible actor. I am glad he has returned to a grittier role in this sublime movie. And, I realize that it was mentioned that Craig got a tour of Burroughs N.Y.C. loft, aka The Bunker, but I thought this was a snippet from his prep for the part--it was not until about half way through that I realized that you were sitting in the living room of The Bunker with the door into Burroughs bedroom behind in the background...like a scene from the film, all that was missing was some bottom-shelf Napoleon brandy! Cheers!!

Daniel Craig has come way from playing James Bond. As a LGBTQI+ ally I'm happy Daniel Craig took on this project. I'm disappointed he didn't mention artist he worked with. This includes Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes.
