dear i am at step of paying fee. i selected CIBC and the amount calculated in Saudi Riyal. when i went to bank for fee payment, at that time bsnk conversion rate for that Saudi riyal to Canadian dollar become less than the actual fee... Ex. 17702 is CBU course fee, from CIBC it come 50035.39 SAR. when i make payment from Saudi bank at yhat time convrrsion said that cand follar will be 17502. please advise CIBC is correct? as they confirmed and calculated based on 17702 cad fee.
