Bought the g6 5g 4 months ago and now that 3g just shut down in Australia it refuses to connect to the optus mobile network. Brand new phone just got turned into a brick, don't buy any umidigi product if you're in Australia.

@Allonzy sounds like all you have to do is configure the apn settings which omis very easy , the phone should work globally with no restrictions so it's a simple fix. If you want more info on how to do it just KZbin it or you can ask me how

Bummer ok yeah , it could be the carrier you're using. Have you checked to see that they allow imported phones or unlocked phones
