I bought this watch specifically to monitor my sleep. I have tried 3 nights now to get my sleep information but have been unable to see it on the app. Last night, I turned on the app and turned on the heart rate function on the watch. This morning, I had trouble getting the sleep information on both the watch and on the app. The instructions are not helpful but watching some videos, I was able to access my sleep info on the watch but was still unable to see it on my phone app. Bluetooth was on and functioning. on the phone, I was able to see other things like step count and heart rate but nothing on my sleep. On the watch, I could see how long I was in light sleep, REM sleep, etc but not on the phone app. Is there something I missed when installing and setting up the phone app?

Hi. I just got a Letsfit smartwatch model E18. I am not getting my sleep info on the phone. Tried various videos but not helpful. Can you tell me how you were able to synch your data with the phone. thanks.

@@janethoffman2328 I got the two pack from HSN and both watches had the same problem. I ended up calling Letsfit and explained the issue and I told them I had a Motorola phone and they told me that the watch won't work properly with Motorola phones so I just returned the watches to HSN and bought an Amazfit GTS 4 mini from Amazon. Fairly inexpensive and has worked great for me over the last year.
