Thank you. This is a good question. A lot to say but… Firstly, I am Yorkshire based and there are a small handful of Nigerian restaurants in this area. My observation is that many of them do not stand the test of time and legal requirements.( I say that because sometimes people like the easy way out and may feel like the legalities required of them by the UK government to set up food businesses are too much). There is a market for Nigerian food here but we need boldness, passion and wisdom from the caterers on ground. In London, I am aware that there are a lot more, doing well with very creative strategies to business - such as pop up shops and even self service/vending machine mini restaurants upcoming, bespoke Puff puff delivery services all over the UK etc… I will like to visit a restaurant called Enish in London. I have heard good things about it. They even have a branch in Dubai. I will review it whenever I go down south - London area. Thanks for asking 😊 🙏🏽
