Yoon Soo-wan(Ku Hye-sun) and Park Dong-joo(Lee Sang-yoon) were each other's first loves, but were forced to separate due to painful family circumstances. Soo-wan, who had been blind, eventually undergoes an eye transplant surgery that restores her sight.
Twelve years later, Soo-wan now works as an emergency rescue worker, while Dong-joo is a surgeon. They meet each other again. But Soo-wan is engaged to a Neurosurgeon, Kang Ji-woon(Kim Ji-seok). Knowing this, Dong-joo decided not to reveal his identity to Soo-wan and to go back.

I was disappointed they changed characters but was happy it is Ku Hye-sun. She was the girl who made me love Korean dramas, she was the main character in Boys Over Flowers the very first Kdrama I watched back in 2010. She's great and you will love her.

The moment he thanked the doctor for saving his mother in previous episode I realised he is going to be a doctor after going to America so that he can save others. First he wanted to be a fireman like his father but being a doctor is similar to save people's lives whereas the girl became a firewoman because she was saved by one.

There's the most odd problem I feel when I watch Korean drama that is when there's no need to change actor or actress of same characters then actor and actress have been changed and when it need to change actor and actress then it has not happened. So wired and irritating. I'm interested in this drama for young couple but I can't understand why they changed the couple. I'm disappointed. No match this old couple with young couple.
