Hello! My Timemore has broken And now I see that I'm missing the spring. What is the diameter and length of the spring?

You can probably find it in the manual of the grinder, although I would advise looking at the chinese site of timemore too.

Plot twist: this grinder was brand new and clean. I can tell because the bar fell easily. After you put on the disk that goes on top of the burr grinder, the screw on top can be put on the same way instead of using your finger to push the spring down.

Hi! How many clicks you set after assembly?

Hey, sorry for the late reply! I am using 10 clicks for moka pot, 14 for V60 and 16 for french press. Although this is all personal preference, I could advise being around these settings. Hi, I just bought my C3 and it doesn't spin at all. I tried to disassembly it: I can unscrew the adjuster, then take off the dial, but the burr doesn't move and I can't take it off, do you know what may the issue?

Hi, I’m sorry for the late reply. Maybe it has something to do with the inner burr being stuck with the outer one. You can try to gently push it or feel it. Hope you have solved the problem! Let me know!

Why it isn't recommended to use water? Or damp cloth?

As the burs are stainles steel, damp cloth or really anything that has to do with water can lead to rusting. That’s why I believe it is not recommended.
