I use the stainless steel nozzle for all CCA/KZ, it really opens the sound and more micro details. Except for the last release, the castors and Duo are a bit too bright so the default mesh is better.

D-Fi has the same or less bass but not as nice sounding the Dynamic Driver is better on Polaris, also better highs.

Is the EPZ Q1 pro better than this? I bought 2 pairs of Polaris, it sounds so neutral to my ears and I like them a lot, but when frequently used, the body oil get in the filters and somehow block the sound a little bit. I tried the tanya filters but it made it harsher in the upper-mid and treble, and there's no way I could reproduce the sound of the stock filter. The Q1 pro seems to be more forward in the upper-mid as the graph indicates, so I'm afraid it'd be shouty and harsh.

Thanks, great review as always, TDM! What's the biggest diff from Harman, in your opinion? Hard to spot by looking at the curve.

Harman has much more upper mids and a scooped out mid bass and the Polaris is not that at all.

Do you like the Hisenior T4 much much better? I have the Hisenior Mega 5P but not completely happy with it. It sounds kind of artificial sometimes maybe due to the BA timbre.

T4 is the best Hisenior and probably the best IEM under $200 that I have heard the rest of the Hisenior is a miss for me , Okavango was ok but the driver flex and pressure build up killed it for me.

I heard the TRN Conch has an uncomfortable treble peak, and the polaris is a bit better in that sense. What do you thing??

I would still pick the Conch pretty awesome value and the filters really do allow you to dial it in to your taste. If people are hearing a peak it's probably because ot the eartips or fitment or even source more than the IEM in this case.

They are different edx pro is a v shaped iem I'm using but polaris is more balanced but you can tune the bass too but you can also use app called wavelet Equalizer to EQ and use other IEMs sound curve it's really good
