I’m sorry but when I read again the sermon text in Jer right away I was drawn to a recurring tension with my spouse, Her need to make so much of the child’s birthday yr after yr. In reflection I saw that if just 25% of the time, effort and resources/teamwork for bonding & family & child’s b-days of the Filipino believers were converted to prayer & fasting & worship/intercession, & outreach/witnessing- We probably wouldn’t recognize PH. It look like the PH church is much like the useless rag that Jeremiah dug up from the crevice in the rocks Sorry po It is what it is
