Jasmine Cabagay depende po sa iyo kung ilang meal at kelan mo gusto. hindi lang po limited sa meal ang fasting. for example, if you commit with the Lord that you will fast every dinner for 1week, you could also include fast in social media since malakas din makaubos ng time ang social media and it gives pleasure to our flesh.

Christian hi ang fasting may partial or complete fasting , partial pwedeng water or juice only complete no water at all. Duration ng fasting is depends on you talk to God what meals you will escape. Breakfast and lunch... then 5 pm you can break your fast. During this fasting time... seek God read the word...to understand more search how to do fasting... mahaba po kasi...😀
