I finished the campaign of this game for the first time today. It felt so weird playing as Megatron to fight the final boss, who, for some reason, is Ironhide. I'm gonna quote Brawl from the first games: "I'm a tank, you're a truck. How do you expect to beat me?".

The models are much worse than ROTF and I hate itttt. But I'm glad they had Orichimaru's voice on Starscream here like in Prime. In ROTF he sounded like Megatron.

It might be because by the time 2011 rolled around, the DS was already on its deathbed and being replaced with the 3DS. My guess is that the budget was low due to the 3DS.

My main problem is the gunplay being too boring and lacking any choice of weapons. Your primary gun is always just a boring machine gun, no matter what character you play as, and your missile ammo (y’know, the fun ammo) is limited.

genuinely bums me out that vicarious visions had such a consistently good transformers DS output and then for the big 3rd movie game they got behaviour, who were clearly trying to emulate the style and gameplay of vicarious but falls pretty flat, and i think its a massive shame
