Used bloodworm and snails in my mix on a weedy lake i used too fish. Always caught and fish went mad for it late Autumn and winter 🎉

Hi mate how long would that mix last with the frozen bloodworm / water snails / chopped worm & maggots all mixed together going to France in a few wk so would only be Abel to freeze the bloodworm before I go Cheers Paul

Hi Paul, once out the freezer Ithe Bloodworm lasts about 48hrs if kept cool. The water snails last much longer if kept cool, they will be fine for a week. The worm will last weeks if kept in the soil and only chop before you bait up. The Bloodworm compound is a great alternative if you're on the bank for a longer session

Yes, I was thinking of the bloodworm 2ltr instead of frozen and just chopping enough worms for each day, so if i just leave, them in soil in hassan bag should last me the wk with it been cold and just leave Maggots baged and sealed in fridge till we need them All the best. This mix you are using ie naturals, how far into the new year would you continue to use it?

Hi Ray, i would use this right through until early spring or if I was dishing a lake with no nuisance fish, it can be used all year
