I am understanding all the terms so far. However the only question i have is what is the purpose of subnetting?
@MANVENDRASINGH-kv1su2 жыл бұрын
By subnetting computer understands which one is network bit and host bit
@dhairyaarora84642 жыл бұрын
First to reduce the wastage of ip addresses as there are limited in number . Secondly it helps in minimizing the traffic as the network itself is divided into various sub networks . Consider it as if multiple lanes are leading to a destination instead of a single road
@martintouko83592 жыл бұрын
If you have carefully watched all the subnetting part, you'll understand the purpose of it. Pretty much dividing network into small parts to accommodate or fit the number of computer in an organization as to avoid wastage of ip addresses
