Why are the switches srcIP and destIP filled in as N/A for part 2 table? please anyone

Because the switch is a layer 2 devices so it doesn't have an IP. while you can create a VLAN and give that an IP the device itself doesn't have doesn't have one. the same rule applies for the HUB, it is not a device that gets an IP address
