i think that should be your Screen saver lock out, which happens after every defined time......or u may have applied any policy for wrong password attempt. first check what is the problem exactly, either Screen Saver or Wrong password....bcz if it is happening to all the user automatically check screen saver time and increase it from default.....bcz if it is wrong password attempt in this case all users will not be impacted only that particular user who is attempting wrong password will face.
