Dear Dr Malerba, I found your channel, a few months ago, and I think is one of the best ones. I would like to know if you teach classes online, if not what place would you recommend me ? Thank you and please keep posting more videos, could you please do one on OCD ? May the vital force also be with you !

THIS IS my way of teaching classes online. They are free and always available to anyone who wants to learn. I know it’s slow because it takes so long to produce them but…. There are many schools and courses out there. Some are in person and some are online. I guess it depends on your needs. Location, cost, etc. I’m sure you’ll find a suitable one. Good luck!

I've been working on this all week around other things I need to do. After working my list of remedies down further and further I was left with Gelsemium and Argentium Nitricum. The thing that decided me was 'crave fresh air' and 'fear of something bad happening. This was an awesome project. I learned more and I thank you for doing this. I'm glad Steven did so well.

This was excellent. I too have shared in Steven’s anxiety and vertigo that sets off my anxiety but main fear is claustrophobia and driving. I’ve tried arg. nit too as many homeopaths I’ve seen go right to it when they hear phobia but funny enough aconite did help me tremendously. I love your insight.

Thanks! Glad the Aconite helped
@hmrobert7016 Жыл бұрын
A lot of homeopaths think Aconite is only a remedy for acutes, and they basically see Arg Nit as the "chronic" version of aconite. That's a gross oversimplification and a good example of how we can't take shorthand memory aids as gospel truth.

I am a Homeopath. I thought of Argentum Nit. but it was without any reportorization. It was only a hunch. Your detailed analysis was highly impressive. I have been following your lectures and I admit that it is great to learn from you. Keep up the good work. Regards and best wishes.

Thanks for following. I’m glad you find the videos helpful. To be honest, I didn’t analyze the case to this extent until I went to present it for the video lesson. Peace 🙏🏻

Thanks for this kind of exercise, which helps a lot. When you say that you don't find correspondent entries for vertigo for Arg N in your repertory, which repertory are you using ? I find many entries for vertigo for Arg N in the Kent's repertory. For example Vertigo, morning p. 96 (in red)...
@AllThingsHomeopathy Жыл бұрын
It's important to understand that there is a difference between, "Vert, Morning," and "Vertigo, on RISING, in the morning." Arg-n does not list in any of the rubrics that have to do with vertigo on rising. It's not so much the time of day that triggers the vertigo for this patient, as much as the act of rising from the bed.

Thank you for these wonderful teaching videos, Dr. Malerba. I especially appreciate how you repertorised the main aspects of the case separately to confirm remedy selection. I am a student and still repertorising by hand... to see what is possible using a repertorising program makes me think I will need to invest sooner, rather than later: so efficient! 😂 This broader approach will be useful in my cases. Thank you for being generous with your knowledge and time and creating this amazing resource. I have shared your channel with my classmates and clients. Blessings your way!

I practiced for 15 years before I ever had a computer repertory. In all that time I learned the ins and outs of the repertory far better than a computer program could show me. And be careful. A computerized repertory doesn't magically find the right remedy for you. You know the old saying: garbage in, garbage out. Thanks for telling your friends about my channel!

What do you mean by "underline three times"? Is it your decision to do it, and how do you come to this decision? Thank you for all your wonderful clear videos
@AllThingsHomeopathy Жыл бұрын
It’s a way of grading or prioritizing symptoms while taking a case. You can underline a symptom zero to three times depending upon a variety of factors. I discuss this topic in more detail in ATH Episode #18.

Thank you for a very good analysis. However, I was wondering if you ever had a case of tremendous fear of butterfly; it's not found in Kent's repertory and it's not the same thing as fear of birds or fear of animals.
@AllThingsHomeopathy3 ай бұрын
Sorry, I do not know a remedy that fits that specific fear. You might want to combine rubrics for fear of insects, birds, and bats, and then choose from those possibilities.

Thank you so much dr Malerba❤ this case study is a great form of learning homeopathy and the way how we can handle such cases.. I was thinking of arg nit mostly based on digestive issues connected to anxiety , fear od public speaking, I was surprised that aconitum was so close to this case as well, very interesting!! Wishing you a great day😊

Still don’t understand why prescribe coffee, in case it relapses, can the same medication will act with same result?
@AllThingsHomeopathy Жыл бұрын
I'm not sure I understand your question, but I decided to repeat the remedy because I did not want the coffee to antidote the benefits of the prior doses.
