But for calculating Gratuity D.A. is included in emoluments. 3. Six monthly periods are used for calculating gratuity only. Not for pension. 4. So final Pension is 50% of emoluments where emoluments means Basic pay + Non practicing allowance. D.A. is not included in emoluments for calculating pension.

see guyz aap log agar first time ke liye syllabus padh rahe ho to ghabrane se kuch bhi nhi hoga, ashish sir ki class to 1 hour ki rhti hai wo karlo enough hai baki app ke pass jitta bhi time milta hai sirf aur sirf mcqs karo , and thoda bhut 25 questions ke liye mehnat karlo,, jo continue rahega padhne me uska chance hai hone ka , baki hu tu main bhi aspirante hi.

Sir ye jo 54:40 par aapne jo btaya hai ki leave salary ko hi emoluments maan liya jayega. But pdf me likha hai ki "the emoluments which he would have drawn had he not been on leave will be taken as emoluments" Please clarify sir.
