How does your sizing work compared to dickies? I'm a 38x32 but I seen some say your sizing is weird

Depends on the pants, but for these, if you’re 32 length I would go for the “tall.” And for waist I’m a 34 in dickies but easily a size small in these. I typically need a belt with them, but can get by without a belt. I’d Imagine you’d need a medium or large. They do have free returns so you can always just return what doesn’t fit.
