Thank you for your valuable comment. My 8 years of experience in cloud and my Masters in Cybersecurity really helped me with the preparation. Most of the topic were familiar to me. My strategy was to go through the content quickly and only focusing on the unknown parts. Best of luck with you exam!

Thanks for sharing, I've also followed almost same path and got more than 90% in all practice test but unfortunately failed in CCSP. I've low proficiency in one domain (Cloud Platform & Infrastructure) and near & above proficiency in all other domain. As you know that ISC2 not tell score so would you please let me know domain wise your proficiency if you got so I can calculate how much i need to reach for next exam.

CCSP is a advance level certification. So we need to go through all the materials to pass the exam. It may take some time to cover all the materials but its totally worthy. Please remember getting certified with all proper knowledge should be the ultimate goal. Best of luck!

Yes, we can sit for the exam and get the associate status when we pass the exam. once the experience requirements are met we can apply for the full certified status.

A+? i believe i will have to start at help desk regardless...however i am having trouble even finding that low of a position right now...to think i was applying to entry level soc positions in hopes despite knowing it was a long shot...now i know how long of a shot it really is when even help desk is hard. Not sure if its where i live (toronto)? the current economy? job freezes? my resume? i reworked it multiple times and i think it looks good. feeling a bit discouraged.

I get it sounds crazy, but I was on a mission! 😅 It was a bit intense, but the grind paid off. Quality study materials and some serious dedication got me through. Also I did have a bit of a head start with some previous job experience, which definitely helped in grasping certain concepts. If you're prepping for CCSP, take it at your own pace. My advantage was that I already had 5+ years of experience in Cloud field. So 60% of the materials were already known to me. My suggestion to you is please take your time and once you feel comfortable with your preparation, please sit for the exam. Good luck!
