Yeah. Dimple is just the vocal line while Pied Piper is all seven of them. :) This was at their 5th Muster - Magic Shop. They used to do a Muster (gathering with fans) celebration once a year. That high note towards the end of Dimple you thought was JK or Jimin, was actually V. These songs were back to back. If you want to see them go "all out" check out the brand new performance they just did on Saturday to their song "Run BTS". Bangtantv (official channel) released the live performance and they also released a bangtanbomb (behind the scenes staff filmed) video that shows both MIC Drop and Run BTS together.

Hey guys, thanks for the reaction. This performance was for their fanmeeting - which they call a 'muster' (it ties into the theme of BTS and ARMY, where they are gathering everyone together). This was for their 5th Muster 'Magic Shop' and usually its a more intimate concert/ fanmeeting where they chat with ARMYs and do performances for songs that aren't in their planned tours/ world tour concerts. Dimple was written by RM (Namjoon) about his own Dimples hehehe.. and he got the vocal line to sign it - basically they were serenading him haha. Pied pier was written for ARMY - basically telling us to focus on us but in a cute and sexy way! We all collective d!ed haha. Its such a great song. Both these songs are awesome. Since Jin tends to somehow get lost a lot of times in reactions, I would kindly ask you to pull up some of his songs. He has a great voice that has been credited as Silver Voice by critics. And btw he is the next one to come out with a solo single called The Astronaut, a song that has been gifted to him by Chris Martin from Colplay, he will sing it for the first time at their concert on the 28th of Okt in Argentina, that will be broadcasted in cinemas, we are so excited! Here are some of his solos, not all have MVs but I recommend to read the lyrics anyway, BTS are famous for their lyrics) - Awake (first time they sang solos for their album) - Moon (choosen by Rolling Stone as #5 of the best fan songs by boy bands overall, ARMY is the earth and Jin the moon in this song) - Super tuna (super catchy song and choreo he made for fun reasons only, because he likes to go fishing, but he created a big trend and thousands of Tik Tok videos followed) - Yours (an OST, songs sung for Korean Dramas) - Tonight (a song witten for his pet that died) - Abyss ( a song he was encouraged to make by their boss, with whom they have a wonderful friendship, because Jin was at a dark place in times of Corona and eventually fell into a depression) But especially one song is very dear to ARMY, "Epiphany" you can watch the video whitch is related to their several MVs following storyline, but the concert, when the whole stadium sings "I'm the one I should love in this world" holds a special place in my heart and each time the tears roll. It's like the highlight of the whole "Love Yourself"album series, when the realization kicks in, that it's ok and great to make others happy, but at the end of the day, you need to love yourself first.

I think that their faces are changing, maybe because they're getting "older", Jimin tends to have chubbier cheeks so he's got a dimple similar to mine, and Jungkook's cheeks are hollower than before and that seems like it made those dimples stand out

My mom also has a dimple like that on the same spot, which comes and goes depending on her weight. So I guess that some people have them whether their weight fluctuates or not, and some people have shallower ones that show only when their faces look a certain way. While it's not as charming, I guess it's something similar to people with double chins😂 Some are prone to it, doesn't matter if they are chubby or not, some people aren't so they have to gain a lot of weight before getting it, and others' jawlines always stay defined 🤷🏽‍♀

Pied Pier is one of my most favorite songs from BTS. It's a stern warning and seductive message to Army. It's based from the story Pied Piper where a rat-ridden city asked a piper to lure the rats out of their city but they didn't pay the piper. Out of anger, he used his pipe to lure all the children with him to the forest. In this song, BTS starts by saying your parents and teachers all hate us (BTS) because you're distracted. BTS is telling Army to study and focus on yourself. Later in the song, BTS seduces Army telling us that we're good for them. I love the contrast of the message and understood nature of obsession Army's have for them. They're telling us to stop obsessing but also that we should because they're good to us. Genius concept in my opinion.

Since you guys were discussing about the vocalists...here's a short note(not mone originally, its copy pasted): (tho I don't know if you'll read this among so many comments XD) 1) Jin has the strongest voice in terms of belts, adlibs and extended notes. 2) Taehyung (V) has the most extensive vocal range and the most textured voice. 3) Jimin has the most layered voice [can make his voice sound completely different every time] as well as the highest pitch. 4) Jungkook has the most malleable voice [he adapts really quickly to the genre of the song in terms of technique- trot, ballads etc.] and he is the king of adlibs.

I agree to most of these, but JK is way better than Jin when it comes to adlibs. Sometimes, V is even better than Jin when doing adlibs. I just also want to add that among the vocal line, V and Jungkook can support and have significant vibratos. Jin and Jimin have the high pitch singing voice (Not sure but I think Jimin is almost like a countertenor, correct me if I'm wrong). PS. I'm not comparing them in a negative way. I'm just pointing out some points you missed and highlighting their strength when singing.

The minute you said you were going to listen to 'Dimple' and 'Pied Piper' I yelled, "YAY!!!!". I love them both. RM loves his dimples and wrote this because he wanted to write about dimples. It's sung just by the vocal line. They kill it and the dance moves are so sexy. Sometimes they do unit performances and this is one of those. No rappers in this. Their in ears do match their their mics but at this point JK's were striped blue and red which makes purple, the colour of his mic. Now he has purple ones. I'm glad you noticed V's dancing. He has a definite style of his own. He officially became part of the dance line in 2018, I think, after he danced solo for his song, 'Singularity'. The rap line joined in for 'Pied Piper'. It's a special song telling ARMYs that they shouldn't follow BTS and neglect their studies and work. However, like the 'Pied Piper' we must follow them. You'll hear the word, 'hajima' a lot which means, 'don't'. Yes they are given oxygen as they come off stage. You can see it in videos. It's quite distressing to see. You must watch dance practices. They are often fun versions and you get to see the choreo much better. Dare I suggest you watch the dance practice for 'Baepsae'? You need holy water on hand for that, LOL.

@@7scoups_of_suga talking about the highest note so far, in stage or song, is Taehyung I thought. while Jin and Jimin have higher ranges, Taehyung is the one with the highest note (in falsetto). so the one who can hit the lowest and highest note is Taehyung. I believe Jimin's highest is Bb5, Jin's B5, and Taehyung's is C6.

I adore Jungkook voice, I didn't like - and still do - any voice in K-pop but Jungkook made me do it, Jungkook is a special voice for me that gives me comfort enjoyment and a feeling of ecstasy, plus his dance and movements that blend with his perfect body and handsome face, Jungkook is a perfect combination of all perfect things, his voice, his handsomeness, his body, his voice again ^^ his hair his face and his personality which is completely different on stage than he is in reality, you can see a powerful beast that no one can defeat on stage, but in reality you find him a very kind, humble person who has innocent eyes, respects and bows to everyone With love and respect, anyway i just adore Jungkook

Dimple was the vocal line (Jungkook, Jimin, Jin and V) and Pied Piper was all of them including the Rap Line (RM, Suga and J-Hope). They put on their sexy for us in this performance. The side glance by Jungkook in Pied Piper gets me every time, but I think you guys missed it somewhere near the beginning of Pied Piper. FYI - they Just did a Live Concert in Busan, South Korea and their opening 3 songs were high energy and totally lit! (MicDrop, RUN BTS, and Run). I really don't know how they manage it. Yes, they go on diets, exercise, dance practices, etc. etc. before doing concerts. After this last one, V said he didn't drink any alcohol for the 2 months leading up to the concert either. They do run on treadmills and practice singing while running. :) Anyway, these 2 are some of my favorites, but I think my favorite performance is now RUN BTS, and also Black Swan will always hold a special spot in my heart.

If you guys want o get to know more of Jin’s vocals you should really watch epiphany and awake. They are two of my personal favorites. I recommend these because I heard you mention you knew more of Jimin ,v and jungkooks vocals. Also Jin is the next one to bring out there solo albums to I guess it would be a good start to get to know his voice. 💜💜This was another awesome reaction! *****please don’t sleep on Jin. ****As announced yesterday he will be the first one to leave for the military, as soon as the end of this month. (I am ot7 but also Jk/Jin biased). Jin is who brought me to BTS in 2016 when I heard his solo “Awake”. I finally got to see them in April in Las Vegas. 2.5+ hour show. Since I am the lone Army in my friends group etc, I went to the concert by myself but didn’t feel alone at all. -my son drove with me- If you guys could do an episode for Jin that would be amazing! Awake + Epiphany live or MV both awesome but live is unreal. I can’t believe as a grown woman I actually 😢 thinking of him leaving so soon. Hii! I’m sure you probably don’t intend to but I feel like your missing out on Jin and v. Jin songs always hit me hard. I wish you could check out some of his solos such as his ost ‘ yours’ and epiphany. For V, he probably has one of the most wide ranges of voice. He can get really baritone but would hit high notes such as his song stigma I recommend watching the live.

Pied Piper is a very flirtatious BTS song written for ARMY’s. If you’ll dissect the lyrics, BTS is the Pied Piper who lead us, ARMY, literally out of the village to their world. 😊 Hope you could watch 1 of their concerts in Love Yourself Speak Yourself tour (I highly suggest my faves, the one in Seoul & Osaka) so you can see the set list… How they distributed their songs so that not all of them are on stage at once in the length of the concert. When you said i wonder whats their routine like before performing, my mind just went to their chaotic heads backstage 😂 Jungkook boxing w his trainer and proceed to hit his hyung's butts or fight w Jin. Jimin & V chasing each other, Hobi's laughter fill the room while taking pics of the chaos, Joon probably so done w them and Yoongi probably sitting somewhere unbothered 😂 On a serious note, they train like crazy. Im sure many ARMYs have or will mention about the hours (per day) they put in to perfect their crafts, working out and go on diets for stamina etc.Youre right, they sometimes collapsed after an intense performance like IDOL etc its really heartbreaking to watch them gasp for air, given oxygen etc 😭 they worked so hard and their love for what they do n and for ARMY, these guys are the best people I swear.
