CD Laser Lens Cleaner - Unknown Manufacturer

This CD laser lens cleaner was found in the depths of my movie library. From what I found online, the disk appears to be very similar to a lens cleaning disk manufactured by Philips, however, the lack of the Philips logo leads me to believe this disk is a bootleg.
According to the copyright claim I got on this, the music is ‘The Unicorn’ by Howard Pfeifer. The disk itself is only audio. The thumbnail and 3D model are made by me so that you can have something to look at while listening to the recording.

I used to bump this CD (Philips-Magnavox version) down the street with the windows down for the shock-value; true story! Quite a bit of thought and clever engineering went into the creation of this disc. The size, material, density, and position of the brushes relative to disc RPM, were carefully chosen and calculated, respectively, to provide optimal cleaning performance; the track 1 intro just provides instructions and filler space. The finer brush (track 3) is placed just aft of the coarser brush (track 2) but overlaps it quite a bit. The music was also carefully chosen and edited for enhanced dynamic range and stereo separation detection to exaggerate any errors in the speaker setup of the sound system.
