Thank you for this information but it leaves out an important part of the process which is the area our sub-grantees are experiencing untimeliness. What is the expectation of timeliness for cities to reimburse sub-grantees for funds spent (given that the sub-grantee has submitted all necessary documentation, etc of expenses requesting to be reimbursed?
