What are the dimensions of the cummerbund pouches? What size plates/ panels can they hold?

Morning! The solid section of the cummerbund is 14" on each side. However, the overall length including the hook and rows of webbing is 21.5". They are 7" tall outside. They will fit up to 6"x12" soft armor.

What attachments do you have on the front to dawn your gear off your vest??

You can still run the same pouches on the front of the vest and on the side cummerbund as the original cummerbund setup. There is no upgrade for the shoulder straps for the donning or doffing of the vest. With the upgraded cummerbund shown in this video, the donning and doffing is much quicker and easier than the original cummerbund and causes less wear and tear on the vest in the long term. Can you remove the Velcro from the quick release?

The velcro is the only way its attached to the vest. But the velcro can be cut off and will leave two slots on the buckle system which I'm sure could be made to attach different ways.
