This is one of my favourite songs ever. And one of my favourite couples. I will forever miss all of the characters from TGP, but Eleanor and Chidi specifically. They were two people who were completely different and put together. Against all odds, they made each other better people. I like to think that wherever the door took them, they are still somewhere cuddling together 😭😭❤️❤️

I ll never fully understand how chidi could leave through the peace door and leave Eleanor behind. I get it that he achieved his tranquility phase, but still he could live forever in the paradise with the person he loves. Isn’t that enough? Isn’t that what everyone wants? Even though they could have run out of things to do, to see, they still loved each other…. Why would he leave her? At least he could ve waited for her to get that peace phase and leave together. That made me feel he loved her a little less than she loved him. That upsetted me. I guess if i were in his position, i wouldn t wanna leave, but yes u never know until u are in that scenario.
