how did you do it? was it just watching videos?
@yilmazca812 жыл бұрын
@@CallMeJeff I read book one time and watched videos related what I read. First read it genaral knowledge section and watch videos. When you see the question stop the video and answer yourself and keep watching. If your answer wrong you will realized what is your mistake after seeing the right answer. Whatch as many as you can the videos. If you are worried do not take all tests in same day. Just constrate on one exam and then pass the second. Almost same or similar questions coming up, don't worry it is not really hard. Do not forget all answers in handbook yo just need to be familiar how they ask those answers so watch videos. Ask me if you have more questions, good luck Bobb

Ya it was little fast AND I do agree with Jay , BUT people would start driving faster If they thought there trailer wasn't going to tip over, by having warning device, THE Video was informative and was to fast to take notes , IM sure review is the best policy under this situation.

I dont get it. Why dont they implement some safety mechanism on the 5th wheel that physically prevents the tractor from cutting at too sharp of an angle to prevent jack knives

Awesome video! Lot of useful information! I feel much better prepared to take my Combination test now. That said, I DO wish this video used more illustrations. For example, there's a LOT of different parts and procedures discussed between the 6 - 9 minute mark, but you kept the same slide up throughout that whole time. More slides with more illustrations of all the parts being discussed would have been MUCH more helpful; especially for us visual learners who are still learning the names of all these parts and what they look like.

I found it funny u got a swift Jack knife in the video lol, all the KZbin videos i saw got swift drives accidents. Now it got me thinking of i should drive with them hmmm!!
@JazzCabage3 жыл бұрын
I think that common occurrence is the fact they hire lots of people with little to no experience and do a lot of on the job training. The running joke is that SWIFT stands for Sure Wish I Finished Training and backwards it's Two F**s In a White Semi because there is often one guy paired with a trainee. I think the company is a good stepping stone for a lot of people and I think their veteran drivers get paid decent but I still get away from them on the road since I don't know the experience level of the driver.
@Gryder33663 жыл бұрын
@@JazzCabage well bad news is, i did drove for them the pay sucks, your on the road more often, the bullshit u have to put up with, they tell u where to fuel, if it cold u cant idle your truck cause the call and tell u to turn ir off. Any way i guess tour right swift is a stepping stone, but thank god i dont drive for them anymore, i drive for NFI now
