CDR on Followers

Most guides for followers say that you should pay attention to cooldown reduction. But does that still work?
In a thread in the US forums someone wrote: No, it doesn't work (anymore).
In this video you can see quite clearly that it really doesn't work anymore. Here are examples of some of the enchantress's skills, but with other companions it looks the same.

OHH nice job. Wollte das auch vor Ewigkeiten schonmal testen und hab es dann wieder vergessen. Also bestätigt das meine Annahme, dass nur die Attribute (unter Details des Begleiters) dann auch von CDR, RCR etc. profitieren, die dort gelistet sind. Denn CDR steht nicht drin. Wobei nur das legendäre Affix des einen Begleiter Leggys die CD's um 50% reduzieren, aber er dann wieder sterben kann. Sehr schöne informative Vids auf deinem Channel und traurigerweise sehr unbekannt. Grad solche Spielmechaniken sind nicht wirklich mal getestet und bestätigt worden, dafür geistern Gerüchte und Falschinformationen in den chats und communitys rum. Scheint auch das DH dein main ist.
