Good video sir...My advice to all candidates....pls take blood test into account for Permanent rejection as well because many candidates get diagnosed with genetic disorders like beta thalassemia and hemoglobinopathy which have no cure. Get yourself checked for blood and be aware if you have these conditions. Many including me got permanently rejected due to this and this is something which is very common in people but still most defence aspirants don't know about.
