Wow thank you for posting this clip of Donnie :D I have always loved Donnie's voice . I can remember many shows from back in 91 until Donnie left where I saw Runrig live in England. I was destraught when he left :( At first I was not interested in seeing or hearing Bruce but then Runrig are still Runrig and I gave in and bought the first album . Bruce allowed them to do some different materiel and I have been thankfull to see both. I have seen them perform live with Bruce at sheffield where I was on the front row both times :D and twice at Edinburgh Castle in 2013 and 2016. I could not make it to the last dance so your footage is helping me get a feel of what it was like I am so so glad they had Donnie on stage thank you for posting :D Teddy

Having followed them since 1982 I can tell you it was it was a great night, possibly the finest performance I have seen them give, so emotional for the band and fans alike. Very similar in terms of feelings to Donnie's farewell at Stirling Castle but multiplied. A magnificent send off though.

I don't doubt it I would have been in bits for the whole show :( At least we have their music forever in our hearts :) My last show was Edinburgh Castle and we were near the front but little did I know then that it would be my last :(

I'm glad we've had the contribution of Bruce over the last 20 years. He enabled the band to renew and explore new directions. Let's be happy we had both. This song has always been one of my favourites.

Agreed... I am not of course against Bruce ... on the contrary as you said he enabled the band to reach this point .... but Donnie.... well for me ... just my opinion ... is Donnie... but yes lucky we had both carrying on this wonderful music which will live forever in our hearts! Great post really!
