no limit po, but the activities there have their own time-frame schedule. :)

How were you able to take videos/photos inside the sea trek? Pwede po ba magdala phone? Also,mga ilang hrs po total nung stay niyo sa park?

You can rent their GoPro, but take note that their storage is limited. The diver master will be the one to take photos and videos. You can bring your own GoPro I guess. For the entire Ocean Park, you can stay and roam around there until it closes.
