Yes, Thailand has better hotels/accommodations but it can't touch the Philippines when it comes to nature! Philippines is among the countries within the Pacific Ring of Fire and have volcanoes. Countries with volcanic activities have the most stunning nature (Indonesia, New Zealand, Mexico, Iceland, Philippines, etc.) By the way, the Philippines won again (and again) as the World's Leading Diving Destination (5 consecutive years) and the World's Leading Beach Destination (2 consecutive years) in the prestigious World Travel Awards 2023, the Oscars of the travel industry, held in Dubai last December 1.
