House is beautifully finished, nice high ceilings, but doesn’t have a great open concept. Why do PH houses have tiny yards/gardens yet are priced the same as U.S. houses in more modern neighborhoods that have more outdoor space? Golf range is like a small batting cage or dog kennel. Can’t have small kids in this house unless you add railing to the stairs. Let’s play “guess the price”, Id say they are asking at least 58 million pesos. Though a good and entertaining house tour.
