Plus, when Cece Drake is confessing she says that the game was addictive to her she couldn't stop playing it ( torturing the girls,being in control of the dolls). It's more about addictiveness for power and pleasure of someone else's sufferings.

Okay. So she was transgender. When she was little she was a boy. He tried to drown Ali and he was put in radley at a young age. When he asked Bethany for help Bethany 'helped' him and killed someone and blamed it on him. She turned into a girl. Her parents disowned her. She hit Ali in the head with a rock when she thought it was Bethany who was also wearing the same clothes that night. She felt really bad. And I get her story and all she went through but why would you torture your half sister, your other half sister/cousin and there three other friends for years because you were disowned and accidentally 'killed' one of them because you thought it was someone else.

She was like five and didn’t know any better, all she wanted to do was give her (his at the time) little sister a bath, then when Charles realized Ali was not liking it he couldn’t get her out. Also in some twisted way the fire, killing Wilden, and getting them locked up was meant to bring Ali home and keep her there. All CeCe wanted was her sister

I love her storyline. This was a brilliant twist! I really wish the show would have continued to be about her and Alex Drake. The Drakes, The Dilaurentis and the Hastings have an interesting angle and it feels incomplete. Wish the new spin-offs would have continued with that. The only ok-ish spin-off was Ravenswood.

Whenever they decided to make the Big A Cece they should have provided a better motive. With her backstory it makes sense she would be obsessed with Ali and jason and her family. It does not make sense that she would spent so much time and money on cyberstalking and torturing her friends. What would her motive have been ? She didn't need to do that to cover up her crime . It would have all made more sense if Cece and Ali had been the same age and she wanted her life.

bc he was payed off to say the murderer wasn’t in rosewood at the time ali died/disappear and to stay silent, he had to make sure ali wasn’t going to come back so he wouldn’t be questioned for covering it up (hence why he lit the cabin on fire bc he thought ali was going to be there nd he wanted to kill her or stop the girls from finding her). he wasn’t really investigating, he was just trying to pin it on the liars so he wouldn’t lose his job
