Hello CeCe Winans my name is Lucy Moore I'm in Savannah Georgia and watching your show on watching you still on KZbin I heard her talking about thyroid and I have thyroids take my medicine right but sometimes when I take it it stops my my float on my bio I can't go to the bathroom like I do if I don't take you if I do take them. About going to the bathroom it won't let me go like I want you so when I take my thyroid medicine stop me from going to the bathroom ask my doctor but he is sick he take thyroid

Bless you all 🙏🏽. So glad I made changes in my diet. I am 52. Ezekiel bread is great, monk fruit to replace sugar in my 1 cup of coffee daily, no more wheat or white flour replaced with spelt, no more cow's milk. Changes to Ayurvedic herbs. I garden and those changes have reversed Diabetes from 9 to 5 A1C, lowered pressure and cholesterol. Off meds for Thyroid. I consume seamoss daily. It took a few months to see changes. To God be the glory!

I'm 52 years old and have really been trying to eat correctly. I've named it mindless eating. Which moved on to mindless shopping. Pay attention to what I buy to put in my refrigerator and pantry and pay attention to what I'm putting in my mouth. It's good to know I'm on the right track. I pray everyday and ask for help because it's not easy to change what you have known all your life. With God's help I have done pretty good but long way to. Thank you CeCe for this

For me personally I started changing what foods or to eat and to this day there are so many foods that I still do not buy/eat. Some excellent questions this show gets better and better. Another great episode. So much truth here. Read the labels, read the labels, read the labels! We've only got this one body, this one soul, so let's take care of it. And that all starts with what you're feeding it. I did want to make a comment on the UTI topic. The doctor said for alot of young women, UTI's are caused by hygiene. I would say that might be a common reason why, but it's not the case for all. My mom and I have dealt with UTI's for many years and I have a couple of friends as well in the same boat. Based off our discussions, we have great hygiene. And all of the tips the doctors tell you about, we do it all too... Shower everyday, pee after sex, never sit in a wet swimsuit, wear cotton panties, try to avoid thongs, change your clothes right after a gym session, never use oil based lubricants, never sit in a tampon for too long, wipe from front to back always... Yet here we are still suffering from UTI's. I truly believe that my mom and I just have very short urethra's (shorter than the average), so even the tiniest amount of bacteria will travel up in there and wreak havoc. I mean think about it, UTI's are much more common in women than men because men have much longer urethra's. They average 8-9 inches long, whereas a woman's urethra averages at 1.5 inches long. Anyways, I have great news for anyone reading this. So after many trips to the doctor for UTI's, they would prescribe me antibiotics of course. But after a while, my body built up a resistance towards them after taking them too many times. None of the brands are working anymore. So I did more of my own research. I came across a natural supplement called D-Mannose. It prevents certain kinds of bacteria from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract and causing infection. I believe it because it has worked for me every single time since. I haven't been back to the doctor for a UTI in almost two years now. If I feel one coming on, I take two capsules of D-Mannose right then and then again later on that day. And by the next morning, that UTI uncomfortable feeling is gone. I order mine off Amazon. There are all different brands of it, but I prefer the "Eu Natural" brand. It's called "Urinary Harmony" and it's a mixture of D-Mannose and Hibiscus. I hope my comment may help someone else out there who is suffering with UTI's.
