Having heard singers who blast their way through this song it comes as such a pleasure to hear Cecilia Bartoli's tender mezza voce singing. I have always liked it when at the end of a stunning coloratura recital she takes a straightforward song and touches our hearts. Lang Lang may not be a singer's accompanist , he is a soloist , but it is nice to see them join together for this piece.

I'm happy that since that time she hasn't tried to perform with Lang Lang again. He simply doesn't hear the singer, doesn't feel the style either! He doesn't match subtle musicianship of Cecilia at all!

I think you're right. He's a soloist and not a vocal accompanist. But I still love him. However I adore her.

As all public knows, Lang Lang is a mimic clown with incredible talent. About Bartoli, she can be forgiven for any reason, she is from other world
