I’d say, when rolling the dough into balls, the bench makes it a bit more grippy. Just found your videos and enjoying them. Thanks 😊

Thanks for the lesson. I want you to show us the spinning wheel from the background. I work with wool from fleece to fabric & would love to see your wheel in action.

Best part of my day when your video pops up. These buns came out so pretty & look so tasty. I liked your vanilla sugar tip. What do you use it on? I have been experimenting with making fruit crumbles. Best one so far was cherry-blueberry. Do you ever make lemon bars or fruit crumble?

in the video when you are making the pastry cream you are adding sugar in the pot with the milk and the vanilla and also, into the mixture of eggwolks and corn starch. Then, in the description box its written that we need to add sugar only into the eggwolk-cornstarch mixture. So which is right?

Thanks for sharing. Any chance you have a video on bear claws in the works? Not sure if they’re a thing in Sweden but so yummy. It’s rare to find them in the US. The Model Bakery in St Helena Napa Valley makes them but I only get there every couple of years. Would be delightful.

Yesssssss to this recipe!!! Does anyone happrn to know how to substitute active dry yeast for the fresh yeast? (I dont believe i have access to fresh yeast anywhere here)

Use 23g for dry for fresh!

Do you have the conversation from fresh yeast to regular yeast?
@ceciliatolone4 ай бұрын
1/3 dry to fresh. So this recipe would use about 23g

Have you had any issues with running the Kenwood for that long? I have the same model, and since the instructions state that it shouldn't run longer than 7 minutes, I'm curious.

I am Amercan of partial Swedish descent and have visited Sweden a few times. I have recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune problem. I cannot eat anything that is refined. Is there any way your recipes could be adapted using alternative flours/sugars and no dairy?
