He's fixing be 17. He wrote a gut-wrenching tune at 12. "Fraterville" about one of the largest Coal Mining Disasters.

Jake Is amazing, I've seen him 3 times. Twice in Nashville (a 2 hr drive) and once in Louisville (a 5.5hr drive) . The kid is the real deal, and I know he is going places.

He's an avid reader, he reads about stuff and it makes him feel things, he takes that and writes songs. Basically a young man with high emotional intelligence and empathy. He is one of a kind. Old soul for sure. He is from West Virginia the same area Patsy Cline was from.
