Yea I notice a pattern it’s the younger ones who start to realize they missed a lot outside playing Fortnite for money all day that quit. They did it for years realizing how unhealthy that is clearly gets to the mental pk goes outside and manages his time and us some can say they where kids with lack of knowledge and guidance ok a grown man so it’s a little easier to maintain (off topic kinda but it helps explain the gist)
